Is the Border Collie a good breed?

The Border Collie is relatively well bred. Not only does the Border Collie have many of the advantages of a dog, but the Border Collie’s intelligence is very high. The Border Collie is also very observant and obedient, especially at the owner’s word, so there is little to worry about. However, they do have one imperfection – they may have inherited retinal or hip dysplasia, so they need to be kept with great care.
