If the kitten does not show signs of illness such as loss of mental appetite, diarrhoea, vomiting and increased discharge from the eyes and nose, the cat owner should not worry too much. The resistance of kittens is relatively low and cat owners are advised to feed astragalus polysaccharide etc. to increase the resistance of their cats and reduce the chance of disease infection.
