For dog dermatitis, treatment mainly requires differential diagnosis, including allergic dermatitis, food reaction, flea allergy dermatitis, injection site sarcoidosis, fungal dermatosis, bacterial dermatosis, viral dermatosis, mite dermatosis, etc. Different causes require different treatments. In the case of bacterial dermatophytosis, systemic antibiotics such as Sulforaphane and Lerixane can be given, and topical antibiotic ointments or topical sprays can be applied. Fungal dermatophytitis can be treated with terbinafine spray or oral fungal medication.
