How to help your dog unblock his anal glands

The anal gland is a gland, also known as the anal sac. It is located on either side of the dog’s anus at approximately 4 o’clock and 8 o’clock. There are two ways to squeeze the anal gland. Firstly, you can squeeze it outside the body by using a tissue to squeeze it from the inside to the outside at 4 and 8 o’clock, a brown smelly liquid will come out. Secondly, you can squeeze inside the body by putting your hand inside the anus and squeezing, which is cleaner.
