Fake dead cats have very weak breathing, heartbeat and pulse, and the cat is motionless and in a comatose state, similar to a death situation. We can usually use a machine and stethoscope in this case to determine whether the cat is really dead. If the cat still has a heartbeat and is breathing, then the cat is probably in a state of fake death, if it has lost its heartbeat and breathing and its body is gradually becoming cold and stiff, then it is really dead.
