How to deal with a cold in dogs

When a dog has a cold, the main symptoms are: depression, loss or loss of appetite and increased eye discharge. There is a cough, a runny nose (clear or thick), rapid breathing, increased body temperature and shivering. The milder symptoms can be controlled with some cold medicine medication for animals. Severe ones, however, need to be taken to hospital promptly.
