At the time of initial immunisation, the cat triple vaccination requires three consecutive doses, each 21-28 days apart. Once the initial immunisation is completed, subsequent annual booster vaccinations will only require one injection of Cat 3. Due to individual differences, not all cats will develop sufficient antibodies after the vaccination, so a test can be done 15-20 days after the Cat 3 vaccination and if the antibody level is not high, a top-up injection is recommended.
