How long is the incubation period for rabies?

Rabies is a human-poisoning disease caused by the rabies virus. The bite of a sick dog or cat causes irritability, photophobia, hydrophobia, fear of wind, spasmodic convulsions, manifest neurological excitement or death by general paralysis, and the disease has a 100% mortality rate. The incubation period ranges from 10 days to over a year, and can be up to 10-20 years.
