How long can a dog live with UTI?

The symptoms of UTI in dogs are depression, loss of appetite, vomiting, lethargy, diarrhoea, breathing difficulties and impaired consciousness. Its onset is mainly caused by various kidney disorders such as acute or chronic renal failure, chronic nephritis and chronic pyelonephritis. The exact survival time is not easy to estimate. With aggressive treatment it is usually possible to prolong the dog’s life and relieve his suffering.
