How is coronavirus caused in dogs

Canine Coronavirus is usually transmitted through the respiratory and digestive tracts, faeces and contaminants. The main symptom is viral enteritis, which is usually less severe than microviruses, but can still cause diarrhoea, vomiting and even blood in the stool, septicaemia and death in dogs. It can be co-infected with other viruses and can be contracted at any age, with the disease typically lasting between 1-1.5 weeks.
