Ringworm is a relatively common skin condition in cats and it is normal for there to be a lot of dander while the ringworm is recovering. As there will be a lot of dander on the affected area when ringworm is present, then a small amount of dander is still acceptable during the treatment process and the skin will slowly recover without any increase in dander.
