Dogs that keep wanting to vomit but can’t get it out are likely to have foreign objects such as bone spurs or bone scraps stuck in their throats. Indigestion and overeating may also cause dogs to vomit repeatedly but can’t get it out. In addition, some dogs with medical conditions may also show similar symptoms.
