There are many reasons why a dog may vomit, fever, infectious disease, pain, reaction to medication, internal disease, eating too much, etc… Vomiting is only one symptom and the doctor cannot prove that there is or is not a problem with the dog by vomiting, but needs a combination of other signs to diagnose.
