Dogs drink cold water in winter

It is actually possible. Unless your dog is sick, you don’t have to be so deliberate about changing the temperature of the drinking water to suit the weather. Dogs have a special gut, they tolerate hunger rather than satiety, and sometimes when they drink some hot water or eat very hot food, they tend to vomit instead. This is because food at abnormal temperatures can easily irritate the dog’s gut and lead to gastrointestinal discomfort and various problems. So dogs can also drink cold water in winter, but you should not give them particularly cold water as it can be very irritating to their intestines and may cause them to suffer from gastrointestinal discomfort.
