Distemper Incubation Period

Distemper is an acute, highly contagious contact disease caused by the canine distemper virus. It can occur all year round and generally has an incubation period of 1 to 2 weeks, with a typical biphasic fever, an initial increase in temperature, loss of appetite, eye and nose discharge, coughing and occasionally diarrhoea.
