The Chinese Crested is very clean, does not shed, has a gentle personality and likes to be close to people, making it a great family breeding dog for fun and enjoyment. Cheerful, lively, witty, brave and alert, it neither bites nor makes a lot of noise. Gentle and tidy, affectionate and loving, able to perform and ornamental. But the first feeling for those who don’t like it, is that it is ugly.
