These cats are somewhat similar to canines in that they will recognise their owners and unlike other cats who will kiss anyone they see, they will only be warm and clingy to their owners and family. Abyssinian cats are active cats and will not immediately hide in a place where they feel safe upon meeting people. In addition, they are very curious, so they will be easily “hooked” with a little teasing.
