Dogs with long or medium-length hair are very resistant to freezing, such as the Sledding Three Stooges: Huskies, Alaskan Sled Dogs and Samoyeds, and do not feel the cold even when the temperature is close to zero degrees. However, they may still feel the cold once it falls below -10°C. Short-haired or short- or medium-haired dogs usually have better cold resistance and do not feel cold even at 15-20°C. However, their cold tolerance is far from comparable with long-haired dogs, and they may feel cold once the temperature falls below 15°C. Hairless dogs and shaved dogs that have not yet had time to grow hair have very poor freezing ability. Normally, they do not feel cold in an environment of 20-30 degrees Celsius, but once the temperature falls below 18 degrees Celsius, they will feel the cold, and then the possibility of cold.
