Dogs are cute and adorable, but there are always some bad guys to mess up, such as roundworms, whipworms, hookworms, tapeworms and other worms, as well as the hateful fleas, which make dogs suffer a lot. To fight against worms, regular in vitro deworming is the key. The deworming cycle can be started when the puppy is just a month old, and then dewormed regularly once a month. The shortest growth period for fleas is only 14 days and for ear mites is only 16 days. In a month’s time, a new batch of parasites may come back. Regular monthly deworming is so important that you should never be lazy and never feel the need to deworm again because you just dewormed last month and can’t see any worms this month. The fleas seen by the human eye actually only account for 5% of the entire flea family, the remaining 95% of flea eggs, young fleas, etc. are hidden in the environment and will not be easily detected, think carefully! So when you see fleas on your dog, it’s likely that your home is also infested with fleas. The same goes for other ectoparasites. Identification How can I tell when my dog has worms outside of his body? It’s simple: pluck your dog’s fur to see if there are eggs, itchy skin, red spots on the skin, etc. If the dog’s body is normal, then the dog’s body is free of extracorporeal parasites. There are usually two types of in vitro deworming medications, drops and sprays, and today we are talking about drops. The drops are suitable for a wide range of dogs, whether they have long or short coats, and they do not cause fright when used. Compared to sprays, drops are easy to use and can effectively prevent ectoparasites. To use the drops, there are only two simple steps: 1. Separate the hair on the dog’s neck to expose the skin. 2. Apply the drops in two dots or along a straight line. The medication will be slowly absorbed into the skin and the effect will work all over the body. The reason why the drops are applied to the dog’s neck is to prevent the dog from licking it so that it will not be irritated by the medication and cause vomiting. Deworming is important for both the dog and the owner, so be sure to insist on regular deworming. Note 1. If it is a long-haired dog, you can drip into the armpit or groin. 2. It is best to deworm your dog after bathing, and do not bathe and touch the water for 5-7 days after deworming to avoid affecting the effect. 3. The drops are used up a whole one at a time, and one can only be used for one dog. 4. Normally, you should let your dog develop the habit of not picking up garbage, because there are likely to be various parasite eggs hidden in garbage. 5. It is best to walk your dog less often to lawns and jungles, where various parasites can easily find your dog.
