Technically there is no such thing as a Teddy breed. Teddy is just a grooming style of poodle. The source of Teddy is the poodle dressed like a teddy bear doll. The so-called “Teddy VIP” is a gimmick of some bad dog dealers, just to earn more profit. When picking a Teddy puppy, pick a dog with a small, lamb’s wool coat, and the shorter the puppy’s mouth, the smaller the dog’s body size when it grows up. The darker the dog’s nose, eyes, and mouth color the better the breed generally is.
