Guide dogs are required to carry three documents when entering public places such as subways and airplanes, which are registration, immunization and guide dog certificate. The registration certificate for dogs is issued by the public security authorities, while the immunization certificate is issued by the Animal Disease Prevention Center, and the final certificate for guide dogs is issued by the Disabled Persons’ Federation, and in addition to the three certificates, when entering and leaving public places, guide dogs must also carry yi clothing, which is printed with the words “guide dog” and “Disabled Persons’ Federation”. The red clothes with the words “Guide Dog” and “Disabled Association” are generally issued by the Disabled Association and can be worn on the body of the dog.
