Which is better to keep, Teddy or Pomeranian?

The Pomeranian and the Teddy each have their own advantages and disadvantages and are both small dogs that are better suited to family ownership. The Pomeranian will shed and is a barker. The Teddy is not a shedder, has a high IQ and is lively and loving.
