What’s wrong with a cat that shakes slightly intermittently?

The following conditions can cause a cat to shiver slightly: when the cat feels cold, when the cat’s body is deficient in calcium or trace elements, and from disease causes: e.g. distemper, poisoning, etc. If the owner is unable to determine the latter two conditions, it is recommended to take the cat to the vet for examination.
