Vomiting for 3 days after spaying can be caused by the anaesthetic or by swallowing a foreign body, indigestion etc. If the vomiting is due to kidney and liver damage caused by the anaesthetic, the kidneys and liver will need to be adjusted promptly; if the vomiting is caused by a foreign body or indigestion, the dog will need to be given a gastrointestinal regimen after the vomiting has stopped. If the dog vomits a lot, it is advisable to take the dog to the vet for examination and further treatment after diagnosis.
