What is the normal body temperature for dogs

A dog’s normal body temperature is a few degrees Celsius warmer than a human’s. Don’t think this is a dog with a fever, it’s actually its normal body temperature. The normal body temperature for a puppy is around 37.5-39.3 and for an adult dog around 37.9-39.1. Of course there will be a slight increase in temperature when the dog is scared or excited, but it will slowly return to normal.
