Dogs with gastroenteritis may suffer from vomiting, diarrhoea, abdominal pain, loss of appetite and lack of energy. Choose the appropriate medication according to the type of enteritis, mainly anti-inflammatory, anti-vomiting, anti-diarrhoea and gastrointestinal tract regulation. If it is too serious, you need to go to the hospital for infusion treatment to prevent your dog from dehydration.
