What is the difference between a Labrador and a Golden Retriever?

Both Labradors and Golden Retrievers have very high IQs and are loved by all. The differences between the two dogs are still very obvious. Firstly, the coat colour is different. The Golden is mainly golden in colour, with no other colours being particularly pure; the Labrador has a black and coffee coat in addition to golden. The Golden’s face is shorter than the Labrador’s. The Golden’s ears are higher than his eyes; the Labrador’s ears hang close to his head and are more backwards.
