Dogs with mild gastrointestinal problems, such as indigestion and soft stools, can improve their diet by giving them light, easily digestible or fibre-rich food and feeding them some pet probiotics for gastrointestinal conditioning. If the dog’s gastrointestinal distress is severe, especially if there is a loss of appetite, the dog needs to be taken to the vet as soon as possible for examination and symptomatic treatment.
