What is a cat’s rapid heartbeat?

A cat’s heartbeat is already much faster than a human’s. Cats’ heartbeats range from 140-180 per minute and are considered normal within this range. If there is a part of it that exceeds this, consider whether the cat is nervous, and secondly, whether the cat has heart disease or medication.
