Symptoms of pancreatitis in dogs are: the dog will appear in a prone position with a low front and a high back, clinical manifestations will be a loss of appetite, vomiting and diarrhoea, lack of exercise, palpation of the abdomen, showing resistance, barking and convulsions when in severe pain. It should be brought to the vet promptly.
