What are the breeds of Pointers?

The behavioural characteristic of all types of Pointing Hounds is that when prey is spotted, they use a specific body posture to indicate to the hunter where the prey is. The most common are: the Pointer, originally from England, has a calm temperament and an alert, keen sense that makes it suitable as a family companion as well as in the field. Behaves majestically and has no shyness towards people or dogs.
