The signs of aging in cats

The signs of ageing in cats are: Firstly, the coat will become lighter and less lustrous. Second: skin ageing. The most obvious place is the part of the fleshy pads of the paws, which look rough to the touch. There is severe hair loss and increased dander. Third: the teeth become blunt. Teeth begin to fall out. Difficulty in tearing food. Fourth: prolonged sleep. Fifth: Changes in the eyes. The eyes of an ageing cat are gradually dull and lax, with little focus, as if they are not interested in anything. Sixth: Movement becomes sluggish and often bumps around. Seventh: Difficulty in defecation. Often constipated, or small, hard stools that may even force their way out to the anorectum.
