The difference between a Labrador and a Golden Retriever

The main difference between Labrador and Golden is the colour and length of the hair. The Labrador’s coat is short and dense, with a smooth double coat. The Golden’s coat is long, rich and flat or wavy and the Golden only has yellow hair in varying shades. The Labrador is also available in black and chocolate in addition to yellow. The Golden’s tail is long and bushy, while the Labrador’s tail is thick and has no side hair. The Labrador’s face and ears are longer than the Golden’s.
