Is it normal for cats to have sparse hair on both sides of their foreheads?

It is normal for cats to have sparse hair on both sides of the forehead and in front of the ears, especially Chinese Field Cats will show this more obviously. When there are no crusts, flakes or pimples and red spots on the skin surface, this can be considered a normal condition.
