Introduction to the Great Dane

The Great Dane (Great Dane) is native to Germany and was historically used as a hunting dog, guard dog, fighting dog, and envoy dog, etc. Due to its gentle nature and beautiful appearance, it is nowadays mainly developed for family use. The breed is tall in appearance, with a height equal to its body length. The male is over 76cm in height and the female is over 71cm in height, with a short, close-fitting, smooth and shiny coat. There are several coat colours including pale fawn, tiger, black, blue and fancy.
