The test strips may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, but it is common to take a cotton swab and take secretions from the eyes, nose and mouth, mix them with the dilution and repeat. Take 3-4 drops of the mixed dilution and drop it into the test paper well, wait 10 minutes and read the result. If there is a red bar for C and a red bar for T, this indicates infection.
