Dogs with toxoplasmosis can be treated with blood parasite medication such as triazolam and some sulphonamides are very effective in treating acute toxoplasmosis and are more effective when used in combination with antibacterial boosters. In dogs with Toxoplasma we can confirm the diagnosis by using blood and cerebrospinal fluid from the febrile period as examination material.
