Fungal skin disease in dogs depends on whether it is localised or systemic, then generally systemic requires antifungal shampoos with oral itraconazole and other fungal medications. Topical can be treated with a fungal spray along with oral fungal medication. Treatment may take slightly longer, usually seen for more than half a month.
