Common infectious diseases in dogs include infectious gastroenteritis, which is caused by microviruses or coronaviruses, etc. It is recommended that the dog be given a fasting and water fasting, infusion treatment, anti-inflammatory, anti-vomiting, anti-diarrhoea and anti-haemorrhage, along with injections of interferon and monoclonal antibodies to microscopic microscopic bacteria.
