Causes of Loss of Appetite in Dogs

If there is a loss of appetite, watch out for a sick dog. If the problem is not due to moodiness or during heat, be careful that there is something wrong with the dog that is causing the loss of appetite. There are usually common enteritis, infectious diseases, other medical conditions, etc. If you don’t throw up or have diarrhea, you can try feeding your dog something he usually likes, along with an appetite boosting pet probiotic, but if he doesn’t eat or drink, take him to the vet to see what the cause is.
