Symptoms of a dog catching a cold

Dogs can lose their appetite and become depressed when they get cold, eat less, and spend most of their time lying still. If you notice that your dog’s appetite has decreased, even for favorite snacks, then it is likely that your dog has caught a cold. The dog will have a runny nose with coughing and sneezing symptoms. The eyes may water and the conjunctiva may be red in severe cases. The number of breaths increases significantly and the breathing sounds in the lungs increase, accompanied by blistering sounds.
