Why you can’t beat a Beagle

Why you should not hit a Beagle Beagle is by nature sensitive, suspicious and slightly nervous. If an owner hits him, he is likely to become distant and fearful from then on. Therefore, it is best not to punish your dog with a beating, and if you must punish him, just give him a little firm pat on the back. Beagles are small dogs, and they do not have the strong body and thick bones of medium to large dogs. Beagles have fragile bones that do not withstand external pressure very well, and if they are hit hard enough, their bones are likely to be damaged. Any training is based on the dog having a good relationship with its owner and developing a strong bond, and excessive reprimanding and beating can destroy the bond between the dog and its owner and hinder training. Therefore, beating is never the right and effective way to train.
