Dogs grunting what means

Dogs grunting may be pampering their owners, such as wanting food, wanting to go out and play, etc. It could also be that the dog is expressing pain, for example, if a part of the body is injured, it will grunt because of the pain. When dogs whimper and show their teeth, most are prompted by danger and they feel threatened by the environment they live in. When the dog has just entered a new home, the unfamiliar environment can not be well and adapt, then the dog may issue a low grunting sound. This is also a way for the dog to relieve stress, it is telling the owner that it is afraid of not adapting.
