The manifestations of hip dysplasia 1) dogs like to lie down, reluctant to exercise; especially reluctant to go up and down the stairs; (2) dogs lying down after getting up with difficulty; (3) running when showing three feet jumping (4) dogs walking when the hips twist violently; (5) hip joint movement examination pain; (6) palpation hip joint part abnormal sensitivity. For dogs with the above symptoms, or breeds with a high incidence of the disease, a hip examination should be performed.The main means of diagnosing CHD is now through x-ray and clinical examination. Currently, the OFA criteria and the PINHIP evaluation are commonly used.
